Training designed around you. Our PTs and trainers use your Personal Performance Assessment to build individualized plans with clear goals and progression. From one-on-one training to specialized classes, every session adapts to help you exceed your own expectations.
The evaluation is led by TPI-certified physical therapists and focuses on how your body moves in relation to the swing. Through biomechanical analysis and golf-specific movement and strength screens, we identify limitations, compensations and patterns which may affect efficiency or increase injury risk.
Assessment extends beyond movement alone. Recovery habits, sleep quality, nutrition and stress are considered to provide a clearer picture of factors influencing performance. This foundation allows training decisions to be informed and specialized from the start.
Training builds from what we learn during your assessment. In one-on-one sessions, TPI-certified professionals work with you to improve how your body supports the swing, focusing on areas which need attention.
Programs are shaped around your goals and how your body responds. Sessions may emphasize strength, mobility or movement efficiency depending on what will best support your swing and help you move more comfortably and consistently.
Reassessment gives us a chance to step back and see how things are progressing. We revisit key measures from your initial evaluation to understand how your body is responding to training and how close you are to your goals.
From there, we make thoughtful adjustments to keep training moving in the right direction. When helpful, we also reconnect with your golf teaching professional so everyone supporting your game stays aligned as you continue to improve.
Golf-specific movement and strength are analyzed in real time, allowing immediate insight into how your body influences the swing.
Access to experts keeps care aligned across your performance team. Our professionals collaborate with teaching professionals, physical therapists, nutritionists and mental performance consultants.
Progress is tracked using objective measures, including a 16-stage body-swing assessment, strength and power testing and pain or impairment scales. These metrics allow improvement to be monitored over time and guide training.
At select locations, TrackMan analysis and simulator data also provide insight into club speed, ball speed, launch angle, carry distance, club path, face angle and spin rate.
SESSION ONE: A GOLF-SPECIFIC ASSESSMENT
Your first session begins with an assessment of your swing mechanics, mobility and strength, and a conversation about your game, your goals and any recurring pain or limitation.
Together, you and your specialist identify what your body needs to support:
ONGOING CARE: BUILT AROUND YOUR SWING
Your program is built to translate directly to the course, not just the gym. Your specialist coordinates with your physical therapist and trainer to address any physical limitations affecting your swing while building the strength and mobility that power it.
Your program stays:
Real People.
Real Progress.
Real Results.
“It is imperative my students practice intelligently and efficiently. I send my students to Performance Optimal Health knowing they will target exactly the areas which will help their golf game the most. If a player is doing the correct work in the gym and on the practice range, great improvement is just a matter of time.”
“I have noticed a distinct difference between my students’ golf swings who work with TPI Certified medical and fitness trainers at Performance Optimal Health. I don’t believe it’s a coincidence their rate of improvement, balance and consistency of swing improve much more than students who do not.”
“Your superb training, encouragement, enthusiasm, support, flexible schedules and most importantly, believing in me, have all helped me to begin achieving my goals! Thank you all so much for making my dreams come true, helping me play one of my best rounds ever at the Ladies Masters Club Championships!”
