This isn’t a stand-alone spa treatment. Every session is informed by your physical therapist or trainer, so your massage therapist performs exactly what your body needs, whether that’s aiding recovery from an injury, easing tension from training or preparing you for what’s next.
Targeted, hands-on techniques are used to address injury-related pain, chronic discomfort and movement limitations. Care is integrated with physical therapy programs and structured recovery plans.
Designed specifically for athletes, this massage technique focuses on managing training stress and muscle fatigue. It’s commonly used to support recovery, reduce injury risk, improve performance and maintain readiness during demanding training cycles.
Targeted work helps address injury-related pain and reduce strain on affected tissues, supporting recovery while helping lower the risk of further irritation or setback.
Massage therapy can relieve stress, pain or soreness from by training, targeting the areas that need it most.
A healthy mind is one of your greatest assets. Massages can lift your mood and improve sleep, supporting overall wellbeing and recovery.
When you recover well, you train better. Massage therapy supports performance by improving flexibility, reducing muscle tension and reducing lower injury risk.
Our massage therapists bring advanced training across a wide range of clinical and performance-based techniques, including sports, medical and orthopedic massage, prenatal care, deep tissue work, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques and supportive modalities such as assisted stretching and kinesiology taping.
In your first session, your therapist takes the time to understand your injury history, training habits and how your body has been feeling lately, using this context to guide their treatment plan.
After each session, you’ll talk through what was addressed and what may help next. For full integration, your therapist can also share recommendations with other members of your team, so your plan stays aligned.

Your first massage begins with a conversation about your activity level, problem areas and what you want the session to accomplish, whether that’s deep tissue work, targeted release or general recovery support.
Together, you and your massage therapist decide the right approach for:
ONGOING CARE: CONSISTENT SUPPORT FOR YOUR TRAINING
Massage Therapy works best as a regular part of your program. Your therapist coordinates with your trainer and physical therapist to target the areas your training puts under the most strain, adjusting technique and pressure as your needs change.

“Went to Performance for a massage, and this was a massage with purpose! Went to get some relief from ringing tinnitus and some neck and shoulder issues. All I can say is… it hurt so good! And for any of you who have had a deep tissue massage before… and I get them on a regular basis for health reasons… You know what I mean! Big thank you to their team.”
“My clients can rely on me and know I will do what it takes to meet their needs, based on both their health history and their personal goals to improve their wellness and overall health. When I listen to a client and address their body’s needs, we develop trust. This trust is what gives my clients the motivation to strive for better self-care and work on their recovery.”
